Building Organizational Capability
This course provides leaders and teams with the knowledge to develop, strengthen, and sustain process improvement initiatives across their organization. Participants will be trained on all eight CMMI® domains—Development, Services, Suppliers, Virtual, Safety, Security, People, and Data—and will be qualified to take the CMMI® Practitioner Certification exam.

Foundations of Capability
An essential introduction to the CMMI® model, this course helps participants understand core CMMI® concepts, maturity levels, and best practices to assess and enhance organizational performance. Participants will also qualify for the CMMI® Associate Certification exam. This course can be optionally followed by a Building Development Excellence or Building Service Excellence course to help qualify as a CMMI-DEV (Development) or CMMI-SVC (Services) Appraisal Team Member.

Building Development Excellence
Designed for engineering and development teams, this course teaches participants how to apply CMMI® in a development environment using real-world, scenario-driven exercises. It introduces two Development domain-specific Practice Areas:

Product Integration (PI) – Managing system and software integration for seamless performance.
Building Service Excellence
Tailored for service organizations, this course focuses on how to apply CMMI® in service management and delivery environments using real-world, scenario-driven exercises. Participants will be introduced to four Services domain-specific Practice Areas:

Service Delivery Management (SDM) – Managing service delivery performance and customer satisfaction.

CMMI® APPRAISAL SERVICES
We provide the following CMMI® Appraisal Services:
CMMI® Benchmark Appraisals
A comprehensive, formal appraisal that provides an official CMMI® Maturity Level rating for an organization. This appraisal is conducted by a Certified Lead Appraiser and is required for organizations seeking or renewing CMMI® certification.

CMMI® Sustainment Appraisals
A midpoint check-in appraisal performed between Benchmark Appraisals (typically after two years) to verify an organization's continued process improvement and adherence to CMMI® practices. This ensures ongoing compliance and readiness for the next Benchmark Appraisal.
CMMI® Evaluation Appraisals
An informal or targeted appraisal designed to assess an organization’s current process maturity without issuing a formal CMMI® rating. This is often used as a gap analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and improvement areas before undergoing a Benchmark Appraisal.

CMMI® Action Plan Reappraisals
A follow-up appraisal conducted after a Benchmark Appraisal if an organization did not achieve the desired maturity level or has corrective actions to complete. This appraisal verifies that required improvements have been made before re-evaluating CMMI® certification status.
