INTRO TO CMMI® TRAINING
The Intro to CMMI® training is the CMMI® Institute’s official three (3) day course that will provide attendees with the CMMI® model knowledge necessary to conduct effective, efficient, time sensitive process improvement engagements and SCAMPI appraisals. Course credit for the training requires the full three day time commitment from the attendees.
CMMI APPRAISAL TEAM TRAINING
The CMMI Appraisal Method training is the CMMI Institute’s authorized training required to prepare appraisal team members for the execution of CMMI appraisals. The training will provide attendees with the knowledge and tools necessary to conduct effective, efficient, time sensitive appraisals.
Key competencies that appraisal team members will learn are how to; perform documentation reviews, conduct appraisal interviews, determine practice characterizations, develop preliminary findings, determine appraisal ratings and develop final appraisal findings.
SCAMPI APPRAISAL SERVICES
Plowright International provides CMMI Institute authorized SCAMPI Appraisal Services in support of organization’s CMMI®-based process improvement needs. The CMMI Institute’s Standard Appraisal Method for CMMI® Process Improvement (SCAMPI) provides a well-defined set of methodologies for executing process documentation reviews and executing appraisals relative to CMMI® models. It is applicable to a wide range of documentation review and appraisal usage modes, including both internal process improvement and external maturity level determinations.
The SCAMPI appraisal methods are embodied in three standard variants, Class A, Class B, and Class C and as a set, and the methods provide a variety of solutions that Plowright International uses for appraisal services.
